Their is a 10 day return policy. Tag (s) MUST be attached (or no refund/exchange of any kind). After 10 days,(starts from the time you receive your package) NO exceptions..NO returns/exchanges will be done. The piece (s) must be in original (gift) box and a *copy of receipt send back with item (s). No returns on earrings..unless they have come with a *set and you do not plan on keeping the *set,then and only then can/will earrings be returned...with the set.*(Set..Necklace with matching earrings).
Returns are to be paid by you and insured. Please give me the courtesy of knowing about the return as I *will not accept returns unless you have contacted me to inform me of the return.
All my pieces are shipped PRIORITY USPS mail..*insurance is up to you.. I will pick up the tab on Delivery comfirmation. Priority will insure you receive your pretties in 2-3 days . If item (s) arrive damaged,please fill out a form with your local post office. Their is nothing I can do once the item (s) leave my hands! *If you decide to NOT PURCHASE Insurance, you have no claim.
A special note on my LEATHER pieces. End caps are securely glued and most often crimped too the leather. They will not fall off  from everyday wear. Leather necklaces and bracelets are NOT built to survive excessive tugging,so be careful when adding or removing jewelry. Be Gentle. Necklaces or bracelets broken from excessive tugging are not considered defective and *no refunds/exchanges will be given. No exceptions.
I DO NOT want you to be stuck with something that just isn't what you thought,like, or for whatever reason need to return to me..I care VERY MUCH that you are pleased with your purchase and if you are not pleased. I just ask for your consideration in following the policies that have been set.  
If you find your piece (s) have broken from an accident,whatever, SAVE the beads..if you can.Inform me of what happened,and perhaps I can get the piece(s) back together for you as close to original as possible. You will need to ship/insure the piece (s) to me and a fee will be assesed per request via email. We can work it out from their as all pieces vary.
I  ship Monday-Saturday as orders come in. All items are already completed that you see in my store, and ready to go. What you see is what you get. NO stock photos.
General hours to catch me are Monday-Friday 10:00 am 4:00 pm EST. Emails will be answered within 24-48 hours.Depending on volume. Check the FAQ page....I will be updating that as time allows. Thank you for considering my pieces! Everything chosen,is made with care. All items come boxed & wrapped with a rusty red wired bow for your gift giving needs.Just fluff and go!
*A restocking fee of 15% will be assesed for Visa,Mastercard purchases if returned, to cover processing fees. Thank you for understanding.
